Clear, kind, and fair

These policies protect the one-on-one time reserved exclusively for you. Booking an appointment means you've read and agreed to them.

Securing your appointment

All appointments are booked online or by phone and confirmed with a standard $50 deposit, paid securely through PayPal at the time of booking. A few services may carry a different deposit — the exact amount is always shown before you pay.
Your deposit is not an extra fee — it is applied directly toward your service total, with the balance due at your appointment.
Appointments are available Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The studio is closed Sundays.

Life happens — if you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours' notice and your deposit moves with you to the new date, one time, free of charge.
Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the deposit, as your reserved time can rarely be refilled on short notice.
No-shows forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit is required to rebook.
If Narmela ever needs to reschedule your appointment, your deposit is fully honoured at the new time — or refunded, your choice.

Please arrive on time. A grace period of 15 minutes applies; beyond that, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit policy applies.
Come with the treatment area clean and product-free, having followed the pre-care guidance for your service.
PMU procedures require completion of the client intake and consent forms — you can do this online ahead of time to keep your appointment relaxed.

The $120 + tax microblading touch-up rate is exclusively for existing Narmela PMU Studio clients, refreshing work originally performed at the studio.
Work originally done elsewhere requires an in-person assessment and is priced as a new appointment, as correcting prior work often takes more time than starting fresh.

PMU services are not performed on clients who are pregnant or nursing, under 18, undergoing chemotherapy, or with certain conditions in the treatment area. Please review the intake form — and when in doubt, ask before booking.
If you arrive with a condition that prevents safe treatment (e.g., sunburn or active blemishes in the area), the appointment will be rescheduled and the deposit policy applies — so please read the pre-care guide.

Deposits are processed securely through PayPal. The remaining balance is due at your appointment.
Listed prices for Makeup, Lash Extensions, and Lash Lift / Lamination are starting rates; final pricing is confirmed during your consultation, always before any treatment begins.
Microneedling is priced by treated area — face $200, face and neck $250, face, neck and décolleté $300 — and stretch marks or body scars are from $200 per area.
Microblading is $450 + tax. Prices may be updated from time to time; the price at the time of your booking is honoured.
