I became a permanent makeup artist because I believe beauty should feel effortless — not effortful.
My name is Narmela Malekmohammadi, and Narmela PMU Studio is the studio I built around a single conviction: the best permanent makeup is the kind nobody can detect. Friends should say “you look amazing lately” — not “who did your brows?”
As a certified Phi artist, I trained under one of the most demanding international standards in the industry — a method built on facial morphology, golden-ratio mapping, and stroke-by-stroke precision. I've continued studying ever since, because techniques and pigments evolve, and my clients deserve the best of what this craft can offer.
My studio at 932 Eglinton Ave Westis intentionally calm and private. There is no production line here: one client, one artist, and as much time as your design deserves. Whether you've come for feather-soft brows, a wash of lip colour, or lashes that wake up ready, the process is the same — we design it together, for you alone.

Design before needle
Nothing touches your skin until you've approved a fully drawn design in the mirror. We take as long as that takes.
Colour built for you
Pigments are custom-blended to your undertone and hair colour, so healed results stay true — never grey, never orange.
